Window Cleaning
Our pure-water window cleaning system uses deionised water fed through a telescopic carbon-fibre pole to scrub and rinse your windows from the ground. Deionised water leaves no minerals behind, so as it dries it leaves no streaks, spots or residue — just clean glass. Safe, effective and capable of reaching up to four storeys without ladders.
What's involved
How we approach Window cleaning work
Window cleaning starts with an assessment of the property — how many windows, what height, and whether there are any access considerations. We then set up our pure-water system and feed deionised water through a telescopic carbon-fibre pole to a soft brush head that scrubs glass, frames and sills.
The brush agitates dirt, algae and mineral deposits from every surface before a final rinse with pure water leaves the glass spotless. Because deionised water contains no dissolved minerals, it evaporates completely clean — no spots, no streaks, no residue.
Our pole system reaches up to four storeys from the ground, so there are no ladders leant against your property and no access disruption. We clean frames and sills as a matter of course — a clean window with a dirty frame just looks wrong.
Pure water = streak-free results
Deionised water contains no minerals, so when it dries it leaves no spots, streaks or residue — just clean glass. Tap water always leaves deposits; pure water never does.
High windows — safely from the ground
Our reach-and-wash pole system extends to four storeys, so we clean upper floors without ladders against your property — safer for us, less disruptive for you.

Common questions about Window cleaning
How often should windows be cleaned?
For most homes, every 4–8 weeks keeps windows looking their best and prevents the build-up of algae and mineral deposits that become harder to shift over time. We offer 4-weekly, 6-weekly and 8-weekly regular schedules, or a one-off clean if that suits you better.
What is pure-water cleaning and why is it better?
Pure-water (deionised) window cleaning forces tap water through filters to remove all dissolved minerals. This purified water is fed to a soft brush head on a telescopic pole, which scrubs the glass and frame, then rinses it clean. Because there are no minerals in the water, it evaporates without leaving any spots or streaks — something tap water cannot do.
Do you need access to my water supply or power?
We carry our own pure water in tanks on the van, so we don't need access to your water supply for a standard window clean. We are self-contained and don't need a power connection either.
